Do we follow the law ?

Anyone in India can plan a siege these days. You can stop traffic, you can stop trains, you can force people to shut their shops and even you can burn some of the above I mentioned.
This is very funny that on one account we boast of growth, sensex and of course all bla bla about technology and on other front we are perhaps world’s most uncivilized people.

1India is not a democracy
India is having failed democracy, we are not living in any democratic republic but we are having imperialism. This is family business for all GANDHIS, YADAVS and MAHAJANS and others.
How can a upper caste, a industrialist, a top businessman will follow any law. This is why you never see any conviction for those who ran tyres over sleeping people, shoot in day light and kill, abducted and shot...but nothing happened to them.
It is poor who got killed in courts, hanged quickly because they donot afford those lawyers who could give them another 10-20 years of time by fighting lenghty cases.

2Wake up !
Then why we fail in representation ? Why not we see young people in politics ? Throw all these old and hungry for statesman image guys...they want to die heroes and their deeds are of culprits.
Unless and until we do not raise voice- no one is going to listen and when you squeeze them...then they realize that public is more important than anything else.
We should use PIL's to modify war and for this we can do something. A vision is required...dream atleast !

3India is still living in British Era
We are living in a false world- which in country like India is being rules by politicians. They can slap, twist arms of govt. servants, their kids can kill and rape and above all they cam make billion of rupees and go scott free.
If anyone dare to ask them - THIS IS ALL POLITICS OF RIVALS and they go free !!

4Law is different for different people.
When law and law enforcement is being monitored by politicians- how can we expect that there could be law at all. This means our country is running by GOD only. Every MLA, MP has it's own agenda and currupt cycle...we do not see law and law enforcement acting farely. Law is for poor and people who do not have cell phone numbers of MLA/MP's [ Or PA's ]
I have never seen police challanning a FORD SUV or HONDA/HUNDAI SUV but you will see they will be concentrating on all SENTORS and MARUTIS and INDICAS...leave along two wheelers.
This is a small example of how law is divided in class and catagory.

Well said, law is lost. All your observation are true. Inspite of having youth as major chunk of population, we are finding it difficult to get rid of all this. To give you an example, I travel every week from delhi to chandigarh. For that, I board metro from tilaknagar to kashmerigate. Till rajivchowk, its nice and comfort journey but as soon as I step out at rajiv chowk to kashmeri gate, the door of hell opens. It become so diffculty, frightening and fighting just to board the metro there. I mean, we indian don't know and understand how these public transport modes form an integral part of city status and prosperity.

6Reasons Why we face problems
It is very sad to say that we are the largest democratic country with indisciplined people. When I was a child I used to see that one of the party leader used to visit our neighbour, he used to come with all that VIP car with Siren on and all police security etc... I used to understand that the person is a very responsible person, but as I grew up when I started reading article abput him and his party then I came to know that what mentallity these politicians have. They have been brought up in the atmosphere where they have inculcated in their mind that politics is a way to earn money and that people are their slave.
Our democrcy is still to mature people must. Like in a corporate if a person does not know the work he / she is not given that responsibility or he / she is trained. In politics a person must go through thses training then only qualified to stand in election.
WE HAVE TO MATURE OURSELVES AND GET RID OF THESE IMATURITIES. tabhi koibhi train bus ya public transport ko aag nahi lagayga

Either we stand up or accept course of destiny that we were born in this great country which could never manage to have a good rule. Nehru family dynasty...which is ruling after 1947 was having only one challenege but thanks to our internal fights and mindless ideologies....we are now in hands of God only.
