1. Is it not the intentional conspiracy of PDA to thieve the gain of the PBORs? 2. Is not our constitution law in deep sleep to look after the welfare of certain numbers of veteran PBORs? 3. Is not this the betrayal of veteran PBORs by bank and government with slow protocol in disbursement of benefit of 6th CPC? 4. Homely veteran are being made fun with their enigma of Increment and arrear as per 6th CPC.

absolutely right, you can feel, see and have an awful sense of powerlessness .99 % of the officer are ego maniac and rationality is the last thing they are concerned about.They are so used to sycophancy themselves that hey expect the same from people below them. Disgusting is the word that comes to mind when i look at the treatment given to ex servicemen.People should voice their contempt . I fail to understand Why a PBOR has to travel to depot for approval for AFD item?this is just one incident, look at the shape of ECHS .Gora sahabs and Indian dogs the mentality is still the same......

Its a real fact what Mr. R Singh has narrated. Only the Officer ranks are looked after well, rest all are meted with difference. This certainly affects the moral of the men in army i. e PBOR. There is hardly any good leader/manager in Army who comands the respect. The need of the hr is to have good mangerial skills in Army higher ranks.

Dear Phuleswari,
I understand your frustation.Actually our Army
has degraded our JCOS and NCOS whom our military
calls pbors so much that noboby takes notice of their problems.We and our weak defence ministry
only talks about the comfort of five percent army
that is officers only.Other ranks are still treated as second class citizens even after 60 years of independence due to rank driven egoist
feudal and colonial mindset of indian army top brass.Indian army is the only army in the world who still exploits and humiliates its professional soldiers by using them as batmans and compelling them to polish shoes ,walk dogs ,wash clothes and other demeaning tasks which any other human being will refuge.Even pakistan army abolished batman system in 2004.
