1. Is it not the intentional conspiracy of PDA to thieve the gain of the PBORs? 2. Is not our constitution law in deep sleep to look after the welfare of certain numbers of veteran PBORs? 3. Is not this the betrayal of veteran PBORs by bank and government with slow protocol in disbursement of benefit of 6th CPC? 4. Homely veteran are being made fun with their enigma of Increment and arrear as per 6th CPC.

It has really let down the millions of people by delaying in payment protocol pension distributing authority (PDA). Just guess yourself for the above question how those may be actually executed by the so called authorities silently by ignoring their duty of responsibility and dedication towards their action.

All banks holding the account of pensioners are not intended to pay without delay. Banks are knowingly delaying the pay for uploading the payment for every pensioner. They are twisting the issue of Person below officer ranks toward more and more complication. Actually which has not any solutions?

It is making fun of innocent citizen of India. Why does the impartial judgment not for them. Who has sacrificed a valuable course of life for the protection of our nation\'s security and sovereignty? Should they be valued like that in return?

That means they have in directly cheated by the Government's pseudo promise of 6th CPC. However our sensitive sincere Constitutional Law wills definitely response with better resolution I hope. The foundation of our nation trust is so loose that the responsible Government workers not feel the need of the people, who do eagerly waiting for the response from the government in returns of their sacrifices and hard worship.

Actually I would have been really feel proud if our laws are implemented even 50 percent, Ruther then remained encrypted in the pages of constitutional section. I am more pessimistic that our constitutional law will not only inscribed in the pages of the constitutions but will apply practically for the welfare of the nation's citizen (PBORs).

I am not in a position to direct the law of our nation but I can very well right the same to disclose to concern authority. Also I hope that our country\'s rule will not play the role of detector ship like Hitlerism through the High officials.

I am hoping fully the word 'democratic and secular republic’ country will be meaningfully implemented to those who are waiting for the better understanding from the consumer court. The defaulter should be dealt with terrible punishment in disbursement of arrears and increment benefit of person below officer ranks, who are the most looser in the world of course.
